"26 October 2025 Update"
(1) The age group for the ringing tracks is now raised to 11 - 30 years old.
(2) There will not be anymore quota for Singaporean and Foreign Ringers. It is opened to handbell from the Asia-Pacific Region, until all 56 positions are filled.

THE ARTS HOUSE AT THE OLD PARLIAMENT
(built in 1827), is the old government building in Singapore, and perhaps the oldest surviving building in Singapore.

Formerly a Residence (1827), then a Supreme Court, then used by the British Legislative Council (1954), and in 1965, Home of Singapore’s Parliament.

Rehearsals will be in the Blue Room & the Living Room. Concert will be in the 187-seats Chambers.
